Meeting called to order by Vice Chairman Pete Thomson at 7:37 PM. All in attendance stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
Approval of Minutes from 10-04-2011 Meeting:
Tom Harbin made a motion to accept the Minutes as presented and Jim Pavlica seconded the motion. All others agreed. Motion passed and Minutes were approved.
Old Business:
Keeley Minor Subdivision: 2nd Submission
Jason Smeland, P.E. of Lenape Valley Engineering was in attendance and presented the revised version of the plan relocating the proposed lot from an interior lot to a lot fronting Sunday Road. A shared driveway would still be employed to access both lots. The revised lot would also be reduced to 3.2 acres in size.
The Township Engineers Review Letter of October 28, 2011 was reviewed by Mr. Smeland and all items are a “will comply” except for the waver requests as submitted on their letter dated 11-01-2011. The only corrections to the waiver request approvals are to install pins/monuments on all building area corners and to provide an aerial photograph at the supervisors meeting in lieu of existing features (section 504(b) 13.
A motion was then made by Tom Harbin to recommend approval to the board of supervisors of the requested waivers with the corrected information and photo. The motion was seconded by Pete Thomson and agreed to by all. Motion passed.
A second motion was made by Tom Harbin to recommend approval of the plan to the board of supervisors with all “will complies” on the Engineers Letter dated October 28, 2011 made; correction of the names of adjoining property owners and installation of concrete monuments on all corners of the land excluded from the conservation easement on both lots 1 and 2. The motion was seconded by Jim Pavlica and agreed to by all. Motion passed. Plan will be presented to the board of supervisors at the December 13, 2011 meeting.

New Business:
Request for Addition to Existing Durham Agricultural Security Area (ASA):
Township Manager Joe Kulick advised the board on the receipt of the required application from Patricia Cook, General Partner for Serenity Investors, LLC and AP Creations, LLC to place their properties; 11-005-110 at 111.8599 acres and 11-005-109 & 119 at 47.0199 acres for a total of 158.8798 acres, in the existing Durham ASA. According to state law the application was properly advertised by legal notice in the Intelligencer on 10-17-2011 & 10-24-2011. The notice was also posted at five (5) locations throughout the township: Township bulletin board, First Savings Bank, Mill bulletin board, abandoned produce stand on the property and at the corner of Routes 611 & 212 adjacent to the property.
After a short discussion a motion was made by Jim Pavlica to recommend approval of the application to the board of supervisors and seconded by Tom Harbin. All members agreed and the motion was passed.
