End of Year Special Meeting

Present: Supervisors:       Bartley Millett, Chairman

                                             Richard Johnson, Vice Chairman

                                             Manfred Marschewski, Member

Secretary:           Joseph M. Kulick

Solicitor:            Not Present

Road Master:     Not Present

Zoning Officer:  Not Present

Meeting called to order by the Chairman at 7:35 PM.  All in attendance stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.

Approval of Minutes from December 08, 2009 Meeting:

Vice Chairman Richard M. Johnson made a motion to approve the Minutes as presented.  Member Manfred Marschewski seconded the motion and Chairman Bartley E. Millett agreed.  Motion passed.

Questions/Comments from the floor:  None Presented

Payment of Bills:

Motion made by Chairman Bartley Millett to approve the year ending Accounts Payable/Bills, seconded by Member Manfred Marschewski, and agreed to by the Vice Chairman.  Motion passed.

The Chairman announced the next meeting of the board will be the Reorganization Meeting on Monday, January 04, 2010 at 7:30 PM here in the township meeting room.

Motion to Close the Meeting:

The Chairman then made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Member Manfred Marschewski seconded the motion.   Vice Chairman agreed.  Motion passed.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
